A roundup of the latest tips for market.
Here is my roundup of tips for the 12th of June, 2024:
[.custom-color]Lennar[.custom-color] and [.custom-color]KB Homes[.custom-color] were rated as buys by UBS. Analyst John Lovallo said the group might experience difficulties in some areas with rising numbers of available homes. However, he noted that housing availability is still at historically low levels. Lennar and KB Homes are both reporting earnings next week, so this is one to watch.
[.custom-color]NextEra Energy[.custom-color] and NextEra Energy Partners were downgraded by Mizuho Bank from a "buy" to a "neutral". They were given a $71 target price (currently trading at $72). Anthony Crowdell considered it a premium play with lots of opportunities but felt that this value had already been priced into the current share price. However, three other analysts raised their price targets, with BMO Capital giving it a price target of $78.
[.cutom-color]Impax Environmental Markets[.cutom-color] was tipped by The Daily Mail. Impax invests in small to mid-sized firms with an environmental angle, from "waste treatment in America to reusable pallets in Australia". With customers including the US military, the Daily Mail commented:
Impax combines green credentials with hard-nosed commercial nous...at £3.96, the shares are a bargain.
It has faced tough times recently but could benefit from green initiatives from governments and the increasing trend for customers and investors to look for green solutions. A significant investment for Impax is DSM-Firmenich, which has created a digestion aid for cattle that reduces methane emissions.
